The villa benefits from south facing pool and spa with a magnificent view of the conservation area. The pool can be heated if required.
There is a large sitting room with comfortable sofas and a 52' flat-screen TV and DVD player. The villa has air con throughout and there is Wi-Fi and even a laptop for your use.
This villa features a fully equipped kitchen, everything an aspiring chef would need! We also have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Downstairs there is the master bedroom with King sized Bed and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs the second bedroom has a Queen sized Bed and TV together with ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double Bed, TV and also an ensuite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, TV and ensuite bathroom.
We also supply high a chair and a pack n play as well. There is a large games room with X-box (with games). Pool Table and Air Hockey.
Outside we have an extended pool deck area and child safety fence. There is a covered lanai so that you can escape from the sun or occasional shower, a great spot for al fresco dining. The pool is south facing so sun all day long, relax on the chairs or sun loungers provided for you.
